The Georgia Council of Chiropractic is proud to be a founding member of the Global Chiropractic Coalition. If there is one thing we have learned this year it is that detection and correction of the vertebral subluxation is more important than ever. Bringing like-minded state associations together to help each other protect chiropractors’ rights to provide subluxation-centered, non-therapeutic, principled chiropractic is the main goal and focus of the Coalition. It is urgent for all subluxation-centered state organizations to band together and protect the core values of our beloved profession. The imposition of new regulations against non-therapeutic subluxation-centered care, putting anything and everything into the scope of practice, and prohibiting the right to adjust children cannot be tolerated in Georgia or anywhere else. The battle one state faces today will be the battle of another tomorrow. There is strength in numbers. Battles will be won when we work together with our sister organizations sharing a common Mission, Vision, and Strategies. We live in a subluxated world and it’s up to every one of us to do our part to bring detection and correction of the vertebral subluxation to every person in each of our communities. The time is now. GCC is excited to be at the forefront of this movement to take charge of the direction of our profession’s future.
